Client Manager

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Manager in Bristol, England. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients £100k – £300k in fee value
  • Conducting a final review and sign off, on compliance work like statutory accounts, personal tax returns, corporation tax returns
  • Involved in the development of the Team-Leaders & Senior Accountants
  • Involved in routine Head of Department meetings, to contribute to the firm processes, controls and innovation
  • Report to Client Partners and Directors and support them on various consultancy projects
  • Expectation to have a moderate outward facing presence i.e. attending networking events, client entertainment and other ‘out of hours activities’ to boost the reputation and exposure of the firm

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Manager or similar role
  • ACA or CTA qualified
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
