Consultant / Consulting Senior Full Time

Our client is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors that pride themselves on constantly looking for new ways to help support their clients. The role will entail working as part of an engagement team on a variety of client engagements covering strategy, performance improvement and complex change to support them in understanding problem, consider options, and reach a conclusion. This is an exciting client facing role.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience working in a FS Sector (Banking, insurance, or asset management) either a s a consultant or ‘in industry’.
• Experience in leading projects that have demonstrated clear business value add.
• Experience in areas which align with the client’s propositions, such as performance optimisation, complex change, and distribution strategy.
• Knowledge of and experience in applying LEAN management practices.
• Competencies in PowerPoint, PowerBl, Word, and Excel.
